How do I book a property?

You can book directly through our website to save on platform fees, or find us on Airbnb and VRBO. For direct bookings or questions, reach us at contactus@gcpremierproperties.com or call (601) 966-8308.

What is included with my stay?

All properties come fully furnished and equipped — linens, towels, kitchen essentials, toiletries, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Specific amenities are listed on each property page.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the calendar — just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How do I receive access codes and the property address?

Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, you'll receive all check-in details — full address, access instructions, and door codes — within 24 hours of your arrival date.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies depend on where you booked. Airbnb and VRBO bookings follow their respective platform policies. For direct bookings, we offer a full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.

Are pets allowed?

Pet policies vary by property. Please check the individual listing or contact us before booking to confirm — we want to make sure your whole family has a great stay.

Is there a security deposit?

For platform bookings (Airbnb/VRBO), their standard damage protection policies apply. For direct bookings, deposit details are outlined in your rental agreement before you pay.
