Woodland Duo | 2 Private Condos, Sleeps 10

One booking includes Woodland Condo 1 and Condo 2, two separate condos with their own entrances and door locks. Your group has private use of both interiors, four bedrooms, two baths, two kitchens and room for 10 guests, up to five per condo. Covered porches, truck and boat trailer parking, and shared fishing amenities are included.

This one reservation includes both Woodland Condo 1 and Woodland Condo 2. These are two separate condos, each with its own entrance, lock, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living area. There is no interior connecting doorway. Condo 1 has one king bed, one queen bed and a single daybed in the living room, an open kitchen and living space, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a covered porch. Condo 2 has two queen bedrooms and a single daybed in its living area, its own kitchen and bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a screened porch. Laundry is in Condo 2. Both buildings are raised and reached by stairs. Your group enters each condo separately and has private use of both interiors and porches. Confirm entry instructions for both doors before arrival.

In Port Sulphur, Louisiana, in lower Plaquemines Parish, with access via Highway 23. Woodland Plantation's bar and restaurant are a short walk across the grounds. Woodland Plantation is a separate business. Shared outdoor facilities include a 400 lb ice machine, pressure washer, boat electrical hookups and cords, plus the ChargePoint EV charger under Redfish House. Bring groceries and bug spray for warmer months.

Maximum 10 guests across both condos, up to five in each. The primary guest must be 21 or older. Children are welcome. No events and no smoking. One pet requires prior approval and a $100 stay fee. Contact the hosting team before booking with a pet. Check-in begins at 3 PM and both condos must be vacated before 11 AM, local time. Keep noise reasonable in the evening. Clean fish outdoors, not in kitchen sinks. Take bagged trash downstairs to the outdoor bin at Condo 1, check both units for belongings, and secure both entrance locks before leaving.
