By providing your mobile phone number on our booking form at gcpremierproperties.com, you agree to receive automated SMS text messages from GC Premier Property Group LLC regarding your reservation — including booking confirmations, check-in instructions, property access codes, house rules, and post-stay follow-ups. Providing your phone number is optional and is not required to complete a booking. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-In Method

Phone number voluntarily entered on our booking form at gcpremierproperties.com. Providing it is optional and not required to complete a booking.

Message Types

Transactional messages only: booking confirmations, check-in instructions, access codes, checkout reminders, and post-stay follow-ups.

Message Frequency

2–4 messages per stay, sent around key milestones: confirmation, pre-arrival, checkout, and follow-up.

Rates & Charges

Message & data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. GC Premier Property Group does not charge separately for SMS.

Opt Out Anytime

Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all future SMS communications. You will receive one final confirmation text.

How do I book directly and save on fees?

Visit our Properties page, select your dates, and complete checkout via Stripe. Direct booking skips the Airbnb/VRBO service fee and gets you our best available rate.

How do I stop receiving text messages?

Reply STOP to any text from us at any time. You'll receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You can also email contactus@gcpremierproperties.com to request removal.

When will I receive check-in instructions?

Check-in details — door code, WiFi password, parking info, and house rules — are sent 24–48 hours before arrival via email and/or SMS. Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM.

What is your cancellation policy?

For direct bookings, contact us as soon as possible at contactus@gcpremierproperties.com or (601) 966-8308. For Airbnb/VRBO reservations, follow the platform's own cancellation process.

Is my personal information shared with anyone?

No. We never sell or share your phone number or personal data with third parties for marketing. Data is only shared with service providers (payment processors, SMS delivery) strictly to operate our services.

Are your properties pet-friendly?

Some properties are pet-friendly. Check the individual listing for details, or contact us before booking. A pet fee may apply.
