G|C Premier currently has public guest and operating proof, but no owner-authorized financial case study ready for publication. We will not invent revenue results. A future owner case study must use source statements, a named period, consistent definitions, and written permission.

Assumptions are labeled. Low, central, and high scenarios may be used when the evidence supports them.

At minimum: reservation and payout exports, the reporting period, channel fees, cleaning and maintenance treatment, owner-use blocks, cancellations, property changes, and written owner approval. Any before-and-after claim also needs a comparable baseline.
