5% booking fee

Calculated on nightly charges after discounts. Cleaning and taxes are excluded from the GC Premier fee. Actual payment processing costs are charged separately.

You manage photos, rates, availability, guest messages, bookings and refunds from your account. GC Premier reviews publication and handles escalations.

Example: $1,000 in nightly charges after discounts produces a $50 GC Premier fee, plus actual processing costs.

Full management

Request management for each property. We review the fit and agree on the service and fee in a signed management agreement.

Your agreed management fee replaces the 5% booking fee on new reservations. Earlier bookings retain their original fee and cancellation terms.

    Complete review

    GC Premier approves the listing and cancellation terms. Checkout opens after payment, calendar and applicable tax setup clears review.

Payments and refunds

Payout release begins 24 hours after check-in, once funds are available. Bank arrival follows Stripe's processing schedule. When nightly charges are refunded, GC Premier returns its fee proportionally. Actual payment processing costs remain the owner's responsibility, including when GC Premier refunds a guest because the dates were already booked on another site.
